Budtender

**Full Job Description**

The Cannabis Co. is seeking energetic, passionate and reliable Budtenders for our Dunnville Location. As a budtender you will use your cannabis knowledge to educate and assist guests towards the most appropriate product for them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest experience
- Respond to customer inquiries with comprehensive product knowledge and accuracy
- Professionally handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
- Assist customers in picking appropriate product
- Assist with store maintenance and housekeeping, including stocking merchandise, cleaning, sanitizing and general tidying
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, practices, operating standards and applicable government legislation

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must be 19+ years of age
- Cannsell certified prior to start date *must provide up to date copy of certification
- Have no criminal record
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, accessories and consumption methods
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required

**Availability**:

- Available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Must be available weekends
- Shift times between 9am-10pm
- Part time (Anywhere from 10-25 hours per week)

**Compensation**:

- Varies depending on experience
