**RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBER / PLUMBING TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant licenses/experience is preferred
- Top-notch customer service ability (essentially you can't sell anything unless you are liked and more importantly TRUSTED)
- Technical skills and understanding
- Excellent communication skills
