**What You'll Do**:

- Work closely with the People Operations team to organize and facilitate first aid training for BHC team members
- Complete administration processes for each class in a timely manner
- Accountable for independently preparing and running training sessions
- Create a positive and comfortable environment where team members feel confident to ask questions

**What You Have**:

- Valid Red Cross First Aid Instructor certification required
- Prior First Aid teaching experience required
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
- You consider yourself to be self-directed and have the ability to take initiative
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule
