We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-shop and/or field mechanical repairs on industrial compressed air systems according to schedules established by various compressor manufacturers.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting on malfunctioning parts of an air compressor system. Determine possible causes and perform repairs.
- Communicate with customers on products, equipment repair requirements and maintenance recommendations.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures; correctly use personal protective equipment at all times.
- Be available for occasional on-call schedule that will require evenings, weekends and holidays (in-case of customer emergency call).

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills:**
- 3+ years experience in compressor troubleshooting/diagnostic
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Willing to work in all types of industrial and shop environments
- Good people skills, organization, self-motivated, and self-managing
- Prior experience in the compressor industry is a plus with Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Sullair, Ingersoll Rand, Quincy, etc.
- Comfortable working with technology (tablets, computer, etc.)

**Education and Physical Demands**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 experience working on mechanical or pneumatic equipment.
- Valid Ontario Driver's license.
- Familiar with being hands-on using tools, lifting 50lbs regularly.
- Occasionally exposed to working in extreme temperatures and loud environments.
- Occasionally required to work in elevated areas.
