**Job Description**:
*
Support and enhance current talent acquisition and management processes.
- Ensure that our vacant positions are advertised appropriately on current channels.
- Prepare recruitment reports and manage KPIs to optimize the processes.
- Proactively build new relationships with universities, government agencies and recruitment firms.
- Research grants and co-op opportunities to fill our recruitment needs.

**Qualifications**:
*
3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, process and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in French a plus.
- Good numerical and verbal reasoning.
- Attentiveness to details.

Additional Information
This is a remote work opportunity with the requirement to attend meetings and training on-site at one of Chit Chats locations.
