Quality Assurance Inspector

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to assess product dimensions and specifications.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality management purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Support training initiatives related to quality assurance practices within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA/QC) or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools, including calipers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and documentation.
- Experience in data collection methods related to quality management is preferred.

Pay: $74,615.00-$80,009.00 per year
