Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus.
Pay: $16.55-$18.55 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
