Simply put, we are dedicated to designing, constructing, and managing advanced telecommunications networks and sustainable energy solutions that uplift communities.

**Responsibilities**

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Onboarding and Training

  • Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
  • Coordinate job-specific training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

Employee Engagement and Well-being

  • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement and oversee performance management solutions to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and set goals for progression.

Office Support

  • Provide administrative support oversight and direction to ensure the office runs efficiently, and convivial interaction with visitors and employees.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the recruitment and management of people, and the stewardship of a strong corporate culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven leadership experience with the desire and ability to lead a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
  • Familiarity with various satellite telecom technologies and hardware.
