**High Performance Badminton Coach**

**Duties Include**:

- Provide badminton coaching to teams, groups or individual students.
- Directing and supporting the development and teaching goals of coaches through ongoing developmental discussions, and constructive feedback.
- Create lesson plans for private lessons and group lessons.
- Assist players and students in the planning of their competitive schedule.
- Provide feedback to players and students on their performance during training, quarterly evaluations or when necessary.
- Meet with students and/or parents for progress updates.
- Participate in any training, information sessions and staff meetings.
- Observe and analyze skills during lessons and at tournaments.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Model good sportsmanship and cooperation with students, and parents.

**Experience**:

- Minimum NCCP Level 1Coaching Certification.
- National/International Competitive Badminton Experience (3+ years).

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred).

**Availability**:

- Full time availability preferred.
- Evenings and weekends preferred.

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
