**Join Our Team as a Community Support Worker**
**Location**: Campbell River, BC
**Hours**: 15-20 hours per week
**Compensation**: Starting at $25.00/hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We're looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic **Community Support Worker** to join our growing team in Campbell River.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supporting individuals in their homes and out in the community.
- Assisting with everyday tasks like appointments, banking, meal prep, and housekeeping.
- Fostering community inclusion and meaningful social connections.
- Enhancing quality of life through respectful and person-centred support.
- Keeping accurate progress notes and reporting to the Team Lead after each shift.

**What You Bring**:

- A **Community Support Worker Diploma** or equivalent education in a related field (preferred).
- Experience supporting individuals with **diversabilities**, **acquired brain injuries**, or a similar background.
- A strong sense of **personal boundaries** and professionalism.
- A **valid driver's license** and **clean driver’s abstract** (required prior to start date).
- Ability to pass a **Criminal Record Check** for working with vulnerable adults (required prior to start date).
- **FoodSafe Level 1** and **Non-Violent Crisis Intervention** training are assets.
