**Overview**
- High School or College Students or Part-Time educators
- Passion in Math and excellent numerical ability
- Passion for teaching young children
- Interest to learn Abacus (Training will be provided)
- Well organized and Committed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective instruction.
- Passion for education and Love to teach children
- Minimum 4 hours a week commitment is required

**Duties**:

- Manage small group classes.
- Create and Teach lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage student participation.
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents to enhance instructional practices and share resources.
- Attend trainings and participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
