**Team Lead - Residential Cleaning**
**Starting at $20/hour + Vehicle Allowance + Possible Health Benefits**
**Part-Time (Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM)**

We’re growing and looking for a **Team Lead** who can guide our crew, ensure top-notch results, and keep our clients smiling.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead a cleaning team to ensure every home is left “Deadly Clean” and up to our high standards
- Oversee job quality and make sure details aren’t missed
- Drive the team to job sites in your own vehicle (vehicle allowance provided)
- Communicate with management and team members to keep jobs running smoothly
- Maintain a positive, supportive team environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Must have**: Residential or commercial cleaning experience
- **Must have**: Previous experience as a manager or team leader
- Strong attention to detail — nothing gets past you
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable driving with team members to and from jobs

**Schedule**:

- Part-time to start
- **Tuesday to Friday** - 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (consistent hours)

**How to Apply**:
