**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting patients
- Booking and verifying appointments
- Electronic file records management (EMR)
- Booking for surgeries and referrals
- Billing all FA's/Lasers/Consults
- Post Prescriptions
- Answering phones and faxing/scanning reports
- Assist with taking patients to room
- Ensuring exam rooms are clean and fully stocked at all times
- Maintain general office and medical supplies
