applicants, customer service and teaching background will be looked at as
much as climbing ability.

**We are looking for good, committed people who will represent the image of**
**the gym: professional, competent, enthusiastic, physically active and fun.**
**Note: you must like working with kids to do this job**

**Your job will be**:

- To keep the safety of our clients as the number one priority
- To facilitate an enjoyable transfer of knowledge (and enthusiasm) about indoor
climbing to the public
- To teach proper climbing skills to kids and adults
- To assist in the development of a smooth running, forward thinking organization
