A really fun and exciting job for the right person. Learn and participate in small tree trimming to large tree removals. Learning a variety of ropes and rigging techniques to large remove trees in small backyards.

MUST.
Be mentally and physically tough. Some days get hard, and if your weak you will quit. Not all days are hard but I need someone who can handle a hard one when necessary.

Have you own transportation. Not transit. A vehicle and a license.

I set up a raise plan with my employees, and they can climb as fast as they like if they are willing to put in the effort. I reward with training time which leads to raises. **Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
