**Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and providing change.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and bartending techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
