Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $41 to $45.65 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying process errors, reviewing gaps to minimize/eliminate issues prior to production feed.
- Work closely with MDM analyst to ensure all identified discrepancies, errors or potential issues is resolved prior to completion and sign off to production feed.
- Maintain records of checks performed, including findings and corrective actions taken.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of MDM processes.
- Create new documents for second checking, as new processes are brought to the team.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Automation
- Excel
- Oracle systems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
