The team at Troubled Monk is passionate about making craft beverages and sharing those beverages with our community. We are looking for someone to share that passion with We are searching for an enthusiastic, motivated, industry-loving, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position to drive awareness, affinity and emotional connection for five distinctive brands in the Troubled Monk portfolio: Troubled Monk beer, Troubled Tea, Epitaph Gin, Adequate Vodka and GrainHenge Whisky. We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to increase our brand awareness and profitability, through digital, social and traditional marketing strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work directly with senior management to establish, evolve, and execute on the brand vision and integrated marketing strategy to support a multi-brand business.
- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans, which includes building and reporting on marketing budget, and communication to the senior management team.
- Operationalize the strategic plan by creating and managing the KPIsS and goals of your team.
- Drive execution of marketing programs on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
- Collaborate with production, sales and operations to ensure product messaging and positioning aligns to meet overarching business goals.
- Work with various vendors and suppliers to ensure exceptional packaging and brand compliance
- Ensure AGLC compliance in all packaging and promotional materials
- Dig deep into customer insights to drive product and marketing decision making. Gather, organize and analyze consumer and industry data to develop key insights and guide strategy.
- Communicate, uphold and elevate the brand identity and company mission and goals consistently with the entire team.
- Maximizing the performance of the advertising budget through an optimized mix of digital, social and traditional media types.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and continuously share learnings with our team.
- Identify and manage key influencer, collaboration, and partner opportunities that align with the brand and drive awareness and revenue
- Execute and oversee social media content across all brands
- All hands on deck - we’re looking for a team player willing to take on whatever responsibilities are required to get the job done
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of results in consumer marketing and digital direct-to-consumer strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and effectively communicate.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while analyzing problems and creating solutions.
- Able to integrate modern digital marketing tactics with events, media, and tradeshows
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in goal-setting, defining & managing KPIs and identifying trends and developing data-driven recommendations and strategies based on insights
