Service Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Quoting and creating service work orders
- Creating work schedules, booking calls and preparing parts and supplies for technicians
- Oversee and guide all office operations and technicians in field
- General office support/clerical duties
- Responsible to assist in maintaining warehouse and receiving
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Process warranty claims
- Communicating with vendors, distribution centers and customers
- Manage A/R list and daily deposits
**Job Requirements**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of Service Management experience
- Prior experience managing a service department, coordinating high volume service calls considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Be skilled at multitasking while maintaining great attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess exemplary leadership, coaching, management, team building and self-disciplinary skills.
- Have proficiency in computers
