**Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate**

**Location**: Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering)
**Compensation**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour + Bonuses & Commissions

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate** to join our growing team in the Durham Region. This role is ideal for individuals already living in, or planning to relocate to, **Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, or Pickering**.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Haves**:

- Proven experience repairing **iPhones, Samsung devices, and iPads**:

- Previous sales experience in **mobile phones and accessories**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Located in (or willing to relocate to) **Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, or Pickering**:

- Available to work flexible hours, including **weekends**:

- Professional references from past employers

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with other electronics (computers, tablets, game consoles)
- Passion for tech and eagerness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store using our point-of-sale system
- Communicate repair estimates clearly and effectively to customers
- Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices to company standards
- Keep customers informed on repair progress via phone or digital messaging
- Sell certified phones, mobile plans (Koodo/TELUS), and accessories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets through active engagement
