**Join the Fusion Team**
We are searching for an exceptionally talented **Marketing Insights Coordinator/Analyst **to join our growing Marketing and Design team, and drive us to new heights As a Marketing Insights Coordinator/Analyst, you have a proven track record of not only analysing data, but connecting the dots between insights and corporate strategy. You will uphold the company’s analytics standards, and work along side the Manager of Insights and Architectural Design on all insights-related projects, while always ensuring Fusion Homes' brand and the customers' homebuying journey is at the forefront.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Collecting and maintaining critical business-related data and analytics by using internal and external data bases to create regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports that support key decision making across the company
- Researching competitor and market trends by collecting competitive information for new homes and resale information at the company, and then bringing trends and insights to the table for review
- Tracking of key performance indicators (such as data points, digital performance and corporate goals) and presenting findings to management along with recommendations for improvement
- Improving data collection and analysis systems and processes for improved team efficiency
- Organizing and updating design project schedules and other tasks as required
**What you bring to the table**:
- 1-3 years of related marketing insights/analytics experience (co-op experience included)
- A Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
- Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and web analytics would be an asset
- A self-starter attitude and a drive to deliver high-quality projects while defying expectations
