**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in cash handling
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when necessary
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, including merchandising displays
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cashiering and customer service

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos, is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
