Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the room staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room area
- Be able to serve on the floor and assist service team

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in kitchen or food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems (POS) for order processing and cash handling
- Strong wine knowledge. WSET Level 2 and above is an asset
