**Duties**
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide support to students, particularly those with special education needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum.
- Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Can speak very fluently English and Mandarin. IELTS should be score 7

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, educators, and parents.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special education needs.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and educational best practices.
