**Job Title: Tile Installer, Sub-contractor, Carpenter, Project manager**

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Tile preparations & installation, including substrates, building schluter shower bases and waterproofing (required)
- Project management (for example, you may be assigned an entire bathroom project - we will coordinate the trades)
- Construction
- As a Sub-contractor, you must have WorkSafeBC and Liability insurance (required).

**Our Expectations**:

- The sites should be left clean at the end of every day
- Have your own tools
- Apply/install schluter and mapei products as spec'd
- Good communication (with team and customers)
- Be on time as scheduled

**Compensation**

Negotiable.

We usually issue work orders (which will include the scope of the job and rates for each item) so you can choose to accept or negotiate.

**Company Description**

Post-Modern Design LTD primarily focuses on tile & slab installation but we also contract bathroom & kitchen renovation projects. We accept residential and commerical projects.

Our goal is to minimize stress for our customers during their projects. To achieve this we strive for good communication, ensure that the sites are always left clean and organized, any changes or ideas are accommodated in a respectful manner.
