**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. No prior experience is required as we provide all necessary training. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Prune shrubs and trees as needed
- Weed garden beds and maintain plant health
- Conduct storm checks to ensure property safety
- Communicate effectively with team members

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical labour in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
- Must be a resident of the Greater Victoria Area
