Operational Duties
- Ensure the safe operation of the food services facilities, for employees and customers
- Active participation in the Health & Safety Committee.
- Assist with the management of day to day operations of all food service locations in the park and any catered functions
- Carry out administrative functions pertaining to hiring, training, payroll and performance reviews of all seasonal staff for the operating and catering seasons
- Participate in the scheduling of staff for the park as well as catering functions
- Assist with initial startup & final take down of all food service locations each season
- Set up of the banquet hall for any catered functions as required

Inventory & Cash Functions
- Conduct product inventory on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis as required.
- Assist with all cash functions, ensuring that proper cash controls are in place & are being stringently observed
- Assist in the generation of all month end/yearend figures
- Ensure the delivery of products to the restaurant are correct & that proper rotation of product is occurring

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3-5 years Management experience
- Strong knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Strong food service background
- Ability to communicate, motivate and lead effectively
- Drivers license
- First Aid
- Smart serve certified
- Health and Safety certified (an asset)
- Previous experience with QSR
- Works well under pressure, able to manage priorities
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Food Safe Certification

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CAMBRIDGE, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
