Lead Bartender

**Position**: Head Bartender
**Location**: La Vecchia Nord

La Vecchia Ristorante, proudly serving Toronto for over 25 years, is opening **La Vecchia Nord**. We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Head Bartender** to lead our bar program, specializing in premium wines, craft cocktails, and Italian-inspired beverages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all bar operations, including inventory management and ordering.
- Craft and execute a dynamic cocktail program that reflects La Vecchia’s Italian heritage.
- Ensure compliance with Smart Serve and all alcohol service laws.
- Provide exceptional bar service to both guests and FOH team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or head bartender role.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, Italian aperitivi, premium spirits, and wine service.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment.
