We are looking for a _**Sanitation Worker (Evening Cleaner)**_. This position is responsible for the cleaning of the warehouse, production and farm areas. The work shift is from **5pm to early morning**.

**Responsibilities**
- Removes production waste and trash, cleans drains, floors, walls and ceilings
- Cleans and sanitizes tools, parts, equipment, machinery and utensils
- Performs housekeeping tasks in office, lunchroom and washroom areas
- Follow sanitation schedule and completes paperwork
- Reports all damages, leaks or malfunctions in all areas to QA Manager
- Operates cleaning equipment, such as pressure sprayer hose/nozzle, electric floor scrubber, etc.
- Compiles with company's policies, good manufacturing practices (GMP's) and occupational health and safety requirements, while performing tasks
- Miscellaneous duties, as directed by QA Manager

**Qualifications**
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 lb), pushing and lifting
- Must be able to withstand cold environment (0-4 degrees)
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- WHMIS, Food Safety and understanding of GMP's, an asset.
- General Labour experience, an asset.
- Must be flexible with the working hours as per needs(6-10 hours per day)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC V4X 2E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
