**The Opportunity**:
**A Day in the Life (What you will do here)**:

- **Data Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define data-driven initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- **Data Management and Governance**:

- Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security.
- Oversee data integration, storage, and retrieval processes across multiple systems and platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists in conducting insightful data analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with IT, operations, and clinical teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in patient support programs.
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to leverage data-driven solutions and technologies.
- **Leadership and Team Development**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing data organization.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager

**What you need to ensure you are set up for success**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
