You are a natural sales person with a knack for helping people reach financial success. **What You'll be Doing**: - Uncover the full financial needs of the members, provide solutions and/or refer these to the appropriate Advisor - Support and/or facilitate the financial planning experience for the members - Be proactive in pursuing external/internal business opportunities by: retention of existing member base and actively soliciting new business, reviewing marketing data to determine new market potential, and leveraging opportunities with existing members through in branch/telephone communication - Establish and implement a sales plan that focuses on retaining and attracting new members with mid/high net worth, developing internal referral sources, centers of influence, improving profitability with existing members and developing business from existing members - Identify staff developmental opportunities and provide effective coaching and technical training. - Provide coaching & mentoring to assist members of the team with skill development - Ensure all corporate policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to including compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements to mitigate the risk of loss to the Credit Union and members **What you Bring**: **Experience** - Minimum **5 years of financial advisory sales experience** as well as thorough knowledge of financial planning, products, policies, procedures and operations. **Education and Training**: - Post-secondary diploma/degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Investment Funds In Canada (IFIC) - MFDA License - Thorough understanding of financial products and services is an asset. **Why Servus?** Working for Servus has outstanding benefits.
