**Overview**:
A dynamic and rapidly expanding manufacturing enterprise seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operational excellence. We are committed to delivering superior products and services while maintaining operational efficiency and driving sustainable profitability.

**The Role**:
As our COO, you will serve as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all facets of our manufacturing operations. You will play an instrumental role in formulating and executing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline costs, elevate quality, and ensure timely delivery. Your leadership will be essential in propelling operational efficiency and realizing our ambitious growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching business goals.
- Provide strategic oversight for all manufacturing operations, encompassing production planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and quality control.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency, minimizing waste, and enhancing product quality.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from established targets.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales, engineering, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- A proven track record of leading and transforming manufacturing operations, resulting in significant improvements in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- A deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve peak performance.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
