We are hiring **four (4) Heavy Equipment Technicians with FRAC experience** to join our Grande Prairie team. These roles support both shop and field service work across customer locations.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-horsepower equipment and FRAC units. Expect variety, responsibility, and autonomy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete **500-hour inspections** and regular maintenance
- Inspect, repair, and maintain **hydraulic systems**, including hose replacements
- Service **power end fluid and filters**:

- Replace engine and transmission coolers + cooling system flushes
- Perform component replacements**:engine seals, turbos, heads, cylinder packs, injectors**:

- Execute **major component swaps** (engine, transmission, rad bundles)
- Pre
- and post-repair **run-up testing**:

- Troubleshoot & repair diesel and dual-fuel engines
- Troubleshoot transmission and hydraulic issues
- Complete accurate documentation: JSA, service worksheets, timesheets, QC, warranty, photos
- Maintain a clean service area and ensure tools are in good working order
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver responsive service
- Support field staff: work overtime as required
- Mentor junior technicians (as needed)

**What You Bring**

**Required**:

- **Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician** (must-have)
- Experience repairing **FRAC equipment**, including:

- CAT 3512 engines
- TH55 and TH48 transmissions
- Cummins QSK50
- Detroit 60 & MTU engines
- Strong hydraulic maintenance/repair experience
- Ability to perform internal engine repairs (heads, piston packs, cam, oil coolers, turbos)
- Solid troubleshooting ability — mechanical, hydraulic, electrical
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems (SIS, CAT ET, Cummins Insite, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence + clean abstract
- Reliable transportation

**Assets**:

- CVIP license
- Experience with truck/trailer service
- Able to work day or night shifts
- High attention to detail, strong initiative, and solid communication skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support team members
