Kingston Dodge is looking for an experienced **Service Manager** to join our fast-paced Service Department, located in beautiful Kingston, Ontario. We are committed to our employees by offering training, career advancement and competitive compensation and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximizing team productivity
- Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction through positive communication and leadership
- Planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the service department
- Building, developing and maintaining staff

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant automotive experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in a leadership/supervisory role
- 2 years of automotive technical experience, preferred

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Relevant automotive: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Leadership/Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)
- Technical automotive: 2 years (preferred)

salary range: $90,000-$110,000
