Baydo Plaza is looking for full time skilled concrete workers to join our construction team. As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to help complete a variety of tasks throughout the building process. If you have any experience with concrete and concrete finishing we are looking to join you to the team.

General Requirements:

- Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment.
- Must be reliable and able to work well with a crew or independently.
- Must have previous construction experience.

General Job Duties may include:

- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Fill hollows and remove high spots to smooth freshly poured concrete
- Operate power vibrator to compact concrete
- Level top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications using straightedge or float
- Waterproof, damp-proof and restore concrete surfaces
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of floors, walls, roads and other concrete structures
