**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and partitions as needed to enhance the office's appearance.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thoroughness and consistency in cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

**Knowledge**:

- **Knowledge of Cleaning Techniques**- Familiar with dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing procedures.
- **Use of Cleaning Equipment**- Experience with vacuums or other janitorial equipment.
- **Safety Awareness**- Understanding of cleaning product safety and handling of hazardous materials.

- **Reliable transportation**(no public transit is available to this area).
