We are excited to announce the opening of our **new dealership** in the **Prescott/Brockville area** (just 45 minutes south of Ottawa), and we are looking for an enthusiastic **Salesperson & Junior Finance Manager** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**: Engage with customers, showcase our inventory of powersports and RV vehicles, and provide exceptional service to match customers with the right products.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with sourcing, organizing, and managing the dealership's inventory to ensure we offer a diverse selection of vehicles.
- **Finance Support**: Help guide customers through the financing process, specializing in subprime financing for those with various credit histories.
- **Database Management**: Work with customer databases to track leads, follow up with potential clients, and ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support senior sales and finance managers while gaining experience in finance processes and expanding your skill set.
- **Achieve Sales and Finance Goals**: Contribute to the dealership’s success by meeting individual and team sales and finance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience** in automotive, RV, or powersports sales is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of **finance processes**, with an interest in learning more, particularly in **subprime financing**.
- Familiarity with **Dealertrack** or other dealership management software is a significant asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- **RV experience** is a bonus but not required.
- Willingness to work some weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
