**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- ** Assemble Prefabricated Components**: Build prefabricated wood framing components (such as walls, floors, and roof sections) in a controlled factory environment according to design specifications.
- ** Interpret Blueprints**: Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
- ** Operate Machinery**: Use automated and manual machinery, such as saws, nail guns, and presses, to cut, shape, and assemble wood components.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Inspect assembled components for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring all pieces meet production and quality standards.
- ** Follow Production Schedules**: Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- ** Material Handling**: Measure, cut, and handle wood materials efficiently to minimize waste during the assembly process.
- ** Maintain Equipment and Workspace**: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools, machinery, and workstations to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- ** Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- ** Adhere to Safety Standards**: Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery.
- ** Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve**: Address and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process to ensure seamless production.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in wood framing, carpentry, or prefabricated construction, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- ** Tools and Equipment**: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery used in wood framing or manufacturing.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to quality and precision during the assembly process.
- ** Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting materials, standing for long periods, and operating machinery.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
