**Role Objective**: The Product Specialist is a key sales position serving as a resource for both the end user and AFSG’s Sales Team. You exemplify superior customer service, communication, and initiative that contributes to the overall growth and health of the organization. Engagement with all departments of AFSG is essential, as this is a cross functional and collaborative role. Key Responsibilities Sales, Growth & Specialty Development:

- Develop a comprehensive and effective integrated territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual goals established by senior management.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with sales colleagues, Marketing, Service, and other internal departments about changing environment and market conditions.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and work to Director, Sales.
- Serve as a resource/consultant to customers and staff regarding specialty.
- Work with AFSG and Supplier to set goals that reflect market share and revenue growth. Travel & Customer Demonstrations:

- Travel of up to 50% is required, including evenings and weekends.
- Sufficient customer demonstrations are to be qualified and scheduled in accordance with the goals set by both AFSG and relevant supplier.
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and communication while working with Territory Managers and their customers. Administrative:

- Communicate territory activity and administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management.
- Accurately and efficiently follow company procedures to prepare proposals, quote services, and facilitate all administrative requirements for the specialty using Salesforce.
- Timely submission of required reports and expenses. Physical requirements of this role include lifting, carrying, and demonstrating heavy tools.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Extrication technician: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
