Twin Peaks Motor Sports is looking for a friendly and motived Retail and Merchandising Associate to join our retail sales team in our hunting, fishing, and sporting goods department. Applicant must have a passion for the outdoors

Job Duties:

- Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assisting customers with all aspects of purchasing of hunting, fishing and/or sporting goods.
- Matching the needs of a customer to an appropriate product.
- Maintaining a consistent after-sale relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Important Skills include:

- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong drive to provide great customer service.
- Understanding of technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with all aspects of social media, including web sites.
- Valid PAL is an asset.
- Must have experience with hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, motorcycling and their associated equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Dealer management software an asset.
- Retail sales experience.
- Merchandising
- Must be able to work some weekends.
