We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we are in. About this team
This role is on Inventory Intelligence team in the lululemon technology organization. This team and products RFID and EIS are the technology and platforms at the heart of one of the key ingredients that powers our ability to deliver a best-in-class omni guest experience, which is inventory.
RFID has been a competitive advantage for us in our approach to inventory since its inception in 2015. It allows us to always know where product is with the highest degree of accuracy. This in turn allows us to not only manage inventory better, but it honour's our guest's time, ensuring that if the product is available, it's on the floor. Equally important, it's an essential part of our ability to connect the physical and digital experience and drives all our key OMNI channel programs. EIS enables our customers and educator supporting platforms to have accurate store inventory beyond the four walls of our store.
Our team is fast-paced and taking on exciting new initiatives to support a fast-growing business. We strive to adopt leading-edge technology and seek to improve on the solutions continuously. We are not afraid to try new things, have fun, and encourage each other to take on new challenges. We support each other in growing professionally and personally. We fail forward and learn from our mistakes, thus creating a better path ahead. We create space for team members to share feedback and ideas that can help us continually grow as an organization.
