Now, we’re expanding our in-house technical operations and looking for a highly skilled **Laptops Repair Technician** to join our Mississauga team. **What You’ll Do**
As part of our repair and refurbishment division, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring a range of devices to full working order. You’ll work across a **high volume of laptops, desktops, Macs, tablets, and accessories** - ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in every repair.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple device types.
- Perform soldering/desoldering, part replacements, and component-level repairs.
- Handle BIOS configurations, firmware updates, and MDM unlocks as required.
- Manage high-volume repairs efficiently while maintaining precision and quality.
- Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to communicate repair progress or findings.
**What You Bring**
- Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** repairing laptops, Macs, PCs, tablets, or accessories.
- Extensive experience with **repairing or replacing all type of components** i.e. **system & performance** components, **peripheral / structural** components, **power & charging** components, **connectivity** components, **storage & I/O** components and **micro / board-level** components.
- Strong experience with **soldering/desoldering and motherboard-level replacements**.
- Proficiency in **BIOS-level troubleshooting, firmware updates, drivers' installation and MDM unlocking**.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills across hardware and software.
- Strong time management and ability to work efficiently under steady workloads.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
