**Job Title: Oracle Project Manager**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Duration: Long Term Contract**

Background:
Client is migrating from Legacy systems to latest SaaS-based Cloud ERP Platform.

This position resides in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) of the Information and Technology Services (ITS) / ERP Modernization Program

**Responsibilities**:
Taking full-ownership of and Managing assigned projects to achieve positive outcomes.

Defining project scopes, initiating and managing large and complex enterprise projects

Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Initiating and managing multiple projects in parallel and with multiple dependencies

Producing project reports and performance metrics

Communicating with the Portfolio Management Office manager and ITS management regarding the status of a portfolio of projects

Identifying and managing portfolio risks

Using influence to eliminate bottlenecks and potential resource alignment problems

Managing projects and programs within standard project management methodologies to time, quality and budget

Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities

Managing through all stages of the project life cycle

Managing stakeholders and stakeholder expectations

Building strong project teams across multiple CPS divisions

Providing excellent service to clients (internal and external to ITS)

Effectively managing vendor relationships in accordance with CPS and ITS strategies and directives

Providing project status and other deliverables at each stage of a defined project

Demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and support the PMO and ITS leadership

Planning, directing, and implementing complex projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality

Performing related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Project Management practices, principles, and tools

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality ERP Cloud HCM solutions that align with business objectives

Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects

Proven experience managing Oracle HCM Fusion implementations

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand business requirements and objectives

Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with project goals

Work closely with technical teams, consultants, and vendors to configure and customize the HCM system based on business needs

Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented Oracle HCM Fusion system

Participate and oversee testing and validation processes to confirm that the system meets business requirements

Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing documentation

Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders

Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns that arise after the system goes live

Type of Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.

A major in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred.

Master's Degree preferably an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management, Finance or Accounting preferred

PMP Certification and Scrum or Agile Certifications strongly preferred

Type of Experience and Number of Years:
One end-to-end full life cycle recent implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM related cloud services including HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Learning Cloud

Minimum fifteen (15) years of related experience required

At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, required

At least five (5) years of experience in implementing cross-functional ERP systems, preferred

Experience in Education (K-12) project or program work, preferred
