- Monitor company rating CVOR, USDOT and FMCSA monthly
- Prepare paperwork for NY and IFTA tax filing
- Maintain MTO and DOT inspection reports
- Processing, maintaining, ordering, distributing, tracking, and renewing, US DOT, IRP Licensing, IFTA, DTOPS, EZ-Pass, NY-HUT, MC-150
- Checking driver’s licenses with M.T.O. on regular basis and audit driver's CVOR reports.
- Manage and maintain all driver and equipment files; ensuring all documents are up to date
- Monitor owner operator vehicle maintenance as per company policy
- Knowledge of IRP & Local platting is MUST.
- Knowledge of all NY, KY, OR, NM Permit.
- Must have Car

**Salary**: $45,385.78-$66,590.01 per year
