**Duties**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by disposing of waste properly and keeping surfaces sanitized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support other team members by assisting with additional tasks as required.

**Skills**
