**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking **General Labourer** to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of manual tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving products within the warehouse, basic assembly work, cleaning work areas, and supporting other departments as needed.

This is a physically active role that requires good stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. No specialized experience is required — training will be provided for all tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Load, unload, and move materials and products by hand or with basic equipment.
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Assist other team members and departments with general labour tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- No prior experience required, but warehouse labour experience is an asset.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
