**Job Purpose**
The purpose of this job is to conduct tests that ensure the quality of our products and to assist the product manager with R&D and other tasks deemed appropriate.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. Activities with greater time allocation are placed toward the top of the list. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs arise. Fenzi North America maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1.Viscosity, adhesion, XRF and curing testing
2.Assisting R&D
3.Help creating SOP’s for lab procedures and manufacturing procedures
4.Working along side production to ensure its smooth operation
5.Performs any and all other assignments from time to time as management so directs.
6.Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

**Education requirements**:
Education required: 2 year diploma in any science related field Education preferred: 3 year diploma in chemistry
**Must haves**:
1. Excellent computer and Microsoft Excel skills
2. Problem solving capabilities
3. Adabtilibity and flexibility
4. Eagerness to learn
**Nice to have**:
1. Valid driver's license
