Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our Albury team as a Warehouse Team Member. SFDR-CISD Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. In this role, you will ensure our customer quality and service standards are being met through the safe and efficient processing our customers’ orders. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role including how to operate forklifts and gantry cranes allowing for future career development opportunities.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday rotating between day (6am to 2pm) and afternoon shift (12pm to 8pm). You’ll receive 30 CAD per hour plus the opportunity to work paid additional hours, and 10% profit share plan (annual bonus incentive). In addition, you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training.

**What Will You Do?**

Working with your friendly and supportive team, you will:

- safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
- operate remote control dual hoist gantry cranes and forklifts
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
