**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and office documentation.
- Assist with various duties such as faxing, scanning, and direct billing to insurance companies.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure while providing exceptional service
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- General cleaning of the clinic and laundry.
- Assisting the physiotherapists with getting hot/cold packs, removing machines from patients
- Cleaning the beds after each patient.
- Support the rest of the staff as needed to enhance overall productivity.

**Experience**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a sales role is a plus.
- Familiarity with a physiotherapy or medical office environments is a plus.
