Shift: Evening shift: Mon/Wed-Fri: 4:00pm-2:30am
Reports To: Manager, Warehousing Solutions
Office/Facility: Ingersoll
Job Summary:
This position manages and leads Team Members as well as providing assistance to the Warehouse Supervisor
** Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Follow all Health and Safety guidelines as laid out by Lineage Logistics ORS Ltd.
- Wear all **P**ersonal **P**rotective **E**quipment (PPE) if required.
- Communicates Company goals, safety practices and deadlines to Team Members.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with training and assessing Team Member performance.
- Training Team Members on picking, receiving and inventory.
- Be knowledgeable in all computer related functions and communicate with customers as required.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts are being completed and entered daily.
- Hourly warehouse status checks to ensure appropriate staffing levels in relation to customer orders.
- Check water levels in batteries at least once per week.
- Aid in inventory replenishment of all pick lines.
- Be a Team Player.
- Maintain a professional attitude among co-workers and visitors to the Facility.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift and/or move weights of at least 25 kg.
- Ability to withstand limited exposure to the refrigeration warehouses with temperatures ranging from 13° C to -20° C.
- Noise levels vary and can at times be loud.
- Ability to work overtime if required.
- Able to work independently.
